Have you paid attention, how toys of our children vary? Before it were dolls, balls, wooden figures. Now to them various clockwork machines, television hookups have increased. Progress prevails. And it is necessary for the child of that it would be guided in this artificial world is better. At dogs toys too have changed. Before it were every stick, balls, greater bones, machine trunks. Now to them specially made figures have increased. Figures of various animals and things. Here again progress prevails. But whether it helps our dogs to be guided better in this world? It is amusing to see, how the dog “gnaws” a toy boot or a sandwich. As it battles to a toy body of the hen or the goose. Or drags behind itself a sheaf of sausages. Toy sausages. But we underestimate analytical abilities of dogs. It is possible to play houses with the hen who is very similar on true. And why it is impossible to play with true? The dog does not understand, for what punish it. With these sausages it is possible. And with others it is impossible. Where logic? In fact sausages sometimes have a different kind and differently smell. Where fault of a dog if it “has played” with your dinner. With sausages or with a sandwich. Certainly, it is possible for it to explain, that its toys lay only in a box on a floor. But I prefer not to buy provocative toys for dogs. In this artificial world dogs require natural reference points. They in fact live in a real life. And these toys can even harm them.

Four persons live in our house: three men and I. and four dogs live with us. I love my men very much. And I love my dogs too. And still… Let’s talk about cats today to not litter men and dogs with each other.
TWELVE REASONS WHY CATS IT IS BETTER THAN MEN.

1. The CAT never is late for a dinner.
2. CATS always like to be near to you.
3. If your CAT has too gone on a spree, it can be castrated.

This list can be continued indefinitely. It is possible to talk about the ways of eating, about friends and girlfriends invited home, about the scattered clothes. Does your cat put on socks? It is possible to talk about strange calls by phone. Does somebody call your cat and breathe in a telephone tube? And does your cat drink beer? No, cats and men are different forms of a life! Next time we shall compare dogs and women.

We have familiar family. About five years ago they have conceived to get divorced. But, as they had boxer Gera, they could not make it easily. Everyone did not wish to remain without a dog. They discussed this theme, solved this question for a long time. The situation has become complicated that Gera was going to become mum. Anybody from spouses did not wish to excite Gera. There were small puppies. And divorce should be postponed for uncertain time. It was necessary to grow up puppies in the beginning and after to attach puppies. One puppy was very small. They have named it Noya. They have left it with its mum. Many time and forces was required to grow up Noya. Both the husband and the wife were full of determination to make as much as possible for Noya. They loved dogs. They had two adult dogs. On the one hand, all problems are solved. Two dogs share for two people without the rest. But there was a new complexity. How to separate mum and the daughter? While they solved a problem of preservation of family of dogs, their daughter was born. As it has appeared nobody wanted divorce. All recollected divorce, as about the past. And when they had the second child and the third dog, they do not recollect divorce at all. They have no time and forces on it. All their forces and their love they give to children and dogs. They love dogs. Also they love each other. It is amicable and happy family. I do not represent them without each other. It is good, that they had Gera.
By the way, in some countries the right of former spouses to visiting of dogs after divorce is legislatively fixed. I think it is a good law. It is a pity, that we have no it in my country. This law protects love, the person’s love, the dog’s love. And it teaches to respect feelings to each other.

Comments of Kira: We, dogs, are that sticky and sticky substance which does yours of destiny stronger, and showers are softer. You, people, do not wish to admit love to each other. You are afraid to trust. You are afraid to appear defenceless from other person. You are afraid to appear dependent on other person. But you would like to love and be favourite very much. It is good, when you have dogs or may be when you have cats. Then you presume to show to yourselves love to the favourite. At the same time, as though accidentally, to transfer it on the close people. It seems to you safely so. Always it is possible to pretend, that it heat intended not to the close person. It has casually touched him. And you do not require anybody. You are very independent. What for these games to you? Only it seems to you, that a life is long. The life starts to terminate from next minute after a birth. May be, is better play cheerful games. For example, in love?…

And again about penguins and about polar explorers. Somehow time the new worker has arrived on station. He has been met with the big pleasure. Each new person at station is event! A rich celebratory table has been covered. Have got one bottle of vodka. Then the second … And there has then come time when all it became pleasantly. Have decided to joke of the new worker.
The oldest person at station began to explain to the beginner, that at polar explorers everything is unusual. Even clothes. People at station do not die of a cold because at them clothes from fur of the penguin. The beginner, after the second bottle of vodka, has willingly believed in it. And the beginner has wanted to have « polar clothes » too. The beginner is spoken that it is impossible to hunt on penguins. It is forbidden. But it is possible to strangle the penguin. And after to tell, that the bird was lost itself. And to use its fur. The beginner has agreed to be “murderer”. Send to a colony of penguins. The beginner has chosen the biggest penguin and has compressed hands on a throat of a bird. Passes five minutes. The penguin is alive and well itself feels. Pass ten minutes. The situation does not vary. After fifteen minutes the beginner does not maintain an emotional and physical pressure - releases the penguin. The penguin easy comes back in flight.
The beginner feels badly - the pressure affects. And the beginner conduct on station to drink vodka. And on road explain, that penguins are underwater birds. They can hold the breath till 40 minutes. And the thick layer of fat on a throat does not allow them to feel a pain, from compression by fingers. And generally polar explorers love penguins. And will allow to offend nobody them!…

Interesting fact, that government of Italy have opened for dogs the real beach on coast of Mediterranean sea. There the dog can lead with the owner all the day: to play a ball, to run without freely and to bathe. To have a rest and to sunbathe it is possible in a special chaise lounge. And after bathing to an animal will give out a towel. In a bar - the rich menu of forages. As the miss in dog paradise the unique document - the certificate on inoculations serves. It also serves as the insurance.
I do not know, is it truth or not. I was not on such beach. But I have tried to imagine, as though I gathered for it. If I was a dog and gathered for a beach, I should not take a special cream for sunburn. Shampoo is not necessary to me. And a styling gel. Both tonic. And a deodorant. The glasses protecting eyes from the sun would be absolutely not necessary to me. And beach slippers to me would be nonsense. I would not have problems with a bathing suit. At me it would not be a bathing suit. A problem of excess weight? Not at me! I have a small tummy? Means, I was good mum! At me not so vigorous look? And what for to do a vigorous look if you have thawn on the sun? It is not necessary to do a vigorous look. It is necessary to search shadow. And to be rescueed in shadow. The overheat is more dangerous to a dog, than an overheat for the people. Means, the umbrella is necessary. A usual umbrella. Only the biggest size. Leaves, that only umbrella is necessary for a campaign on a beach for a dog. And laying it is possible to manage a chaise lounge, if there is a soft grass or pure sand. And what for then a beach if with yourself you bear « an artificial shadow »? Paradox.
If to speak seriously I am very glad, that there is a beach for dogs. Not everyone can bring the pet on lonely small river. That the dog could swim for a while, gambol in plenty freely and have a rest. In fact our dogs get tired of noise and it is not less bad air of city, than we. And rest too is very necessary for them. What and further to be near to us. Helping the presence to us to live in this complex artificial world. Helping not to forget, that there is still a real life. And the real friends.

Day has appeared under tragical circumstances in our house. Day is a hybrid of the wolf and the sheep-dog. Day’s history is full of adventures and tragic element. Its mum lived in village. And it has run away in a wood in the winter. All have solved that it was lost. But she has returned in a week. And then it puppies were born in two months. From all puppies has survived only two. Puppies Mum was good, but their owner was not such. The owner has presented someone оne puppy and I know nothing about its destiny more. And the owner has left Day to himself. When Day was one year old, the owner has found somewhere the lost dog and has removed from it a collar. I do not wish to make comments on this act. The God is his judge. But the owner has not stopped on it. It has dressed this collar to Day. I think, nobody will surprise, that problems with Days health have begun quickly. The owner has not thought to address to the doctor for the help. When Day’s body has turned to a continuous ulcer, the owner has addressed for the help to my husband. He knew that my husband is the hunter. He has asked my husband to kill Day. My husband has redeemed Day at the owner. My husband has brought a dog home. It is sadly to me to recollect this history. It was more ten years ago. I remember what, Days look was. It had very simple disease - deprive. Deprive with a rare kind but giving in to treatment. We have rescued a dog. I think, we were helped by strong immunity of the dog, got to it from the wolf. I am not assured that any dog could survive in such condition and to recover so fast. But in two months we could give Day to people who have started to build a cottage. I hope that the further destiny of a dog has developed successfully. And I till now regret, that could not leave Day to myself. It was a good dog. But wolf’s habits looked through in all. It not willingly communicated with another’s dogs. It ignored them. And another’s dogs were afraid of Day. I did not go to walk Day on the dog platform. We walked Day in a field far behind the city. Then we lived on to edge of city and we had such opportunity. Day behaved not how dogs in a field behave. It lowered a head as the wolf. It investigated all field a method of “shuttle”. It found many hares. But, for some reason, Day always implicitly responded to call. Was enough loud to call it and it immediately stopped a pursuit. It seems to me, that it has understood very well, from what trouble we have rescued it. It did not pay attention to something in the city. It was not interested in people at a stop which was loudly indignant that there is a wolf. It was not interested in escaping cats. It was not disturbed with squeal of brakes of cars when stopped to find out, whether the truth is the wolf. It went with the owner. And all of its attention has been concentrated to its owner. And its look unequivocally spoke, that it will allow nobody even to look at the owner badly. It has implicitly recognized Ara’s leadership of the House. During that time Ara had puppies and Day did not challenge Ara’s authority at all. Day concerned with tenderness to Masha. Day liked to concern with its nose. It was similar to kisses. It was pleasant to Masha too. The kind of Chita (it was dwarfish dog) has surprised Day. Day has not understood who it was: Adult dog ог the puppy or may be it is not a dog in general. Day preferred to let Chita pass. Day was in general friendly. I do not know what it became after. It was a pity to us to leave it, we liked Day very much, in a consequence we were never solved even to call to its new owners. What was a nice dog! I am glad, that it was in our life, in our house. And I am very glad, that I could tell you about it.

I consider what to hold houses of wild animals, at least, not humanely. In my mind to hold wild animals in the house, at least, it is not humanely. I am against their maintenance in the house. Their house is a wood, a field, open space … But sometimes the life solves on another way. There were squirrel, hedgehog and a hybrid of the wolf and the sheep-dog in my house. The first in my life has appeared squirrel. It was a long time ago. I was 16 years old. My younger sister has brought squirrel to our home from school. Our school was closed on a vacation and someone should take care of squirrel. That why my sister has brought squirrel to home. I did not meet more stupid essence in my life. We have solved, that it is not humane to hold squirrel in a cage. It has limited freedom. Squirrel ran on apartment. It was not afraid of people. It did not concern to people with due respect. People were only convenient transport for it. It liked to jump on the person from above and to go on him. And it did not disturb at all, that such behaviour do not like people. When it has tried to train, it has bitten through the big finger on a hand to my friend. It has brought an infection in a wound. My friend was ill more than month. Everybody has started to be afraid of my squirrel after this case. And when it has run away through a door of the open balcony, all were only glad. I do not wish to tell lies; I shall tell fairly, anybody has not gone to search squirrel at all. I am not against squirrel. These are lovely essences. But I recollect with shudder that squirrel till now. I do not wish to see more these charming monsters in my house.
My friends have presented me a hedgehog. More truly, have presented on birthday to my son. I do not know what bad we have made for them? They have not told us “why”. But to present the hedgehog in the house where there lived three dogs it is possible only as revenge. The hedgehog was engaged in revenge. It was in 1993. Since then the world was shaken with many terrible events. And if hedgehog has presented us in 2003, I would name it kamikaze or the condemned man. It was the fearless hedgehog, and it revenged fearlessly. But for some reason object of revenge it has chosen our dogs. Poor ours boxer Masha. It was the kindest essence. Very quiet, defenceless essence. With very gentle soul and a body. The hedgehog played with her so. When Masha fell asleep, it crept to her back. Crept with special way - a backing. There was with sleepy Masha close back to back and sharply included a backing. Poor Masha! To feel an injection at least ten prickles!.. That occurred further, try to imagine. But since then Masha long tried to fall asleep or on a sofa or having hidden a back in any corner. The hedgehog liked to not admit Ara to a bowl with meal. Ara was very severe dog. Big, strong, terrible! But it was very well trained dog. She understood, that those who lives in the house - friends, and it is impossible to offend them. And how you will offend the hedgehog? More shortly when my husband has brought the hedgehog to a forest we have arranged a real holiday. I do not wish to see hedgehogs in my house. Only in the country house in the evenings as receiving visitors.

Do not leave dogs in your car sending in the nearest pub. Such mistake was made by a certain inhabitant of Canada. The dog sat-sat, and then from boredom has suddenly started his car! While it moved down on roads from a hill, the casual pedestrian has seen the car with black dog driving it and has called police.
Policemen at once have arrived on a place. There they have found out the lorry standing in the middle road and blocking traffic. The dog was still sitting as a driver of a car. As a result of incident anybody including “driver”, has not suffered. However, while remains not clear as the dog could learn rules of traffic.
And our dogs could suit to themselves the true party. On an integrated poultry farm located in the next small town, there was an accident. There have switched off electricity. The part of production has become unfit for use. Conditions of storage of meat have been disturbed. After that meat could not be started up in realization for people. But it was suitable for feeding dogs. Farmers knew, that we have a plenty of dogs. They sold it under very low price. Therefore workers of factory have called to us and have suggested buying from them this production. We were delighted very much. Not often it is possible to indulge our pets. We have bought a lot of meat. Three hundred kg. We have brought it home. My husband and I began to unload the car. Have brought home first two boxes, have put them on kitchen. We have followed other boxes. While we went to the car and have returned, dogs could close a door of an apartment from within. They have closed it on an internal latch. While we tried to open a door, they divided two boxes of a hen. There where two boxes on twelve kg. It means Twenty four kg of a hen on four dogs. And then they ate them with huge appetite. Loudly champing and crackling bones. And we heard all. And we could make nothing because we have a reliable door. And it was completely not simple to open it. When we have got in an apartment, I have not found out my dogs. Try to imagine the dog in which six kg of meat lays. And now try to imagine such four dogs sitting next with each other …. They sat because to stand they could not any more. Their paws caved in from weight. And eyes were closed. And in their eyes full intoxication was visible only. They fell asleep. They wished to sleep only. But dogs have not fallen asleep because the God punishes those who eat much and me too. The most part of that night we have lead in the street on the dog platform. Thanks you, my dear dogs, for superb night!
The most terrible in this history these: when we left to unload the car, the Barbarian slept in a children’s room. The handle of a door of this room is the round form. And the Barbarian cannot open it. It could not accept participation in this party. It sat under a door and loudly barked. It was in fury when we have let out it from a room. I have given the Barbarian the hen from a new box.

Every year dictates a new fashion in clothes to us. Every spring people (especially the best half of mankind) open doors of cases and understand that they have resolutely nothing to dress.
All of this has already got out of fashion, morally has become outdated. Dog lovers do not have such problems. Thanks for it to our pets. In the beginning of each season dog lovers (especially their best half) opens doors of cases and understands, that they can dress only jeans, summer trousers or bridges. You can put on your shorts not every day. If you cheerfully plaid about your favourite yesterday the problem of a choice «mini» or «maxi» does not exist for you the nearest week. Bruises on your legs have solved all. Kapron stockings are badly compatible to cats and dogs of fine breeds. The stockings do not maintain “close” dialogue with your smaller brothers. During a seasonal moult of your house miracle you are forced to refuse light clothes. You can carry all clothes from a thin material. But to meet your dog which weighs 50 kg, I do not recommend for you. You should choose what to put on trial: feelings of a dog to which do not allow expressing the pleasure to the full, or your new thing which obviously is not calculated on such loadings. Certainly, if you have well trained dog, you have considerably less problems. You can walk it even in footwear on high heels, in a miniskirt. And in the thinnest stockings which can be in the world. But it should be dark tones if your pet fades. And clothes from a fabric of type of a velvet and velveteen are impossible, even if yours dog is the champion on trainings. I prefer jeans, trousers, sports shirts and not so trained, but direct dog near to me. I do not like dogs-biorobots. And may be, I simply search for justifications to myself. Simply I put things in order in the case today. Cleaned old things and removed the moth. I have understood that practically all my clothes are sustained in practical, sports style. It is a little sad. But it is convenient very much.

Comments of Kira: There is no meter to be sad! Superfluous overalls is superfluous problems. Do, as your husband advises you: throw away from a case all your old cloths and from your head - silly ideas.
